PRONTOTRAKSCRAM CAM GUIDELINES
I understand I will be monitored by a non removable ankle bracelet. I will be required to wear the device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and nothing will be between the leg and the bracelet at any time, other than briefly drying after showering.
I understand I must call my Supervision Officer regarding any changes in my home/school address or any other pertinent personal information.
I understand that intentional damage of the electronic monitoring equipment may result in additional criminal/civil charges.
I understand and will adhere to the guidelines as set forth in the SCRAM Participant Agreement.
I understand that I must report any concerns regarding the equipment immediately to ProntoTrak and my Supervision Officer. I also understand that I am not to contact the vendor directly; all questions or concerns must be directed to ProntoTrak.
I understand I am not to participate in any type of indoor tanning (tanning beds/booths) or submerge the bracelet in water.
I understand that if I am under house arrest restrictions, ProntoTrak cannot approve changes to my schedule. I must contact my Supervision Officer directly for special circumstances regarding my schedule in advance.
I understand I must return all equipment when my monitoring period is complete. Failure to return any equipment will result in the following charges:

Manual/Scheduled Download: • You must maintain or have access to an analog phone line without any features (three-way, voicemail, call waiting, answering machine, etc.) or be willing to pay for additional cost of Ethernet downloads or a wireless connector-you will either be issued a magnet or be required to obtain a magnet to facilitate the download process. • A manual download must be completed every day. If a successful download is not completed within a five day period, you must report to a designated office to complete a Direct Connect download.
